Right to Cancel - You are free to cancel your agreement at any time without prejudice and without objection by putting your request to cancel in writing to ES. If you cancel this agreement then we will no longer contact you or act for you. After cancellation, we continue to liaise with employers to secure fees due for introductions resulting in employment.

No representatives of ES are authorised to begin work until a risk assessment has been carried out. Work-seekers will only be introduced to employers once health and safety information has been provided, risks have been explained and after they have been suitably trained and qualified to mitigate any risks.
Vulnerable People Policy - ES do not supply work-seekers to work with, care for or attend a vulnerable person. ‘Vulnerable person’ means any person or persons who by reason of age, infirmity, illness, disability or any other circumstance is in need of care or attention, and includes any and all persons under the age of eighteen.
Gangmaster Policy - ES do not supply work-seekers to the UK fresh produce sector which includes agriculture, horticulture, shellfish gathering and any associated processing and packaging.
Privacy Policy and Data Protection Information - ES is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Officer under registration number ZA557947.
ES collects, processes and stores personal data for a range of purposes associated with the recruitment and resettlement of ex-offenders. Subject to your consent (which will form the lawful basis for processing your data), ES will process your personal data, which is likely to include sensitive information, including, but not limited to, employment history, criminal convictions, release date and area, for commercial purposes associated with helping you to gain employment, to aid resettlement, for industry research and to improve processes. Any information, comments or quotes provided to ES for any purpose may be used for research, training, marketing and literary publication, subject to all identifying information being removed.
ES will safeguard your personal data and will only disclose it where it is lawful to do so, or with your consent. Subject to your consent (which will form the lawful basis for sharing your data), ES may share your personal data with individuals and organisations for a range of purposes associated with the recruitment and resettlement of ex-offenders. You may withdraw consent from data sharing by sending a written request to ES.
Your personal information will not be retained for any longer than is necessary to ensure that it does not become inaccurate, out of date or irrelevant. Data will generally be retained for 6 years after our last communication. You can ask at any time for your data to be deleted, for no further contact and for data processing to stop, by sending a written request to ES. After you have withdrawn consent, ES will only retain data which may be necessary for compliance with our legal obligations.
